Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veridian IMS, a product of SANJOPS PRESTIGE PTY LTD (ACN 686 056 128) ("Veridian", "we", "us") — compliance software for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and integrated management systems. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Veridian provides a cloud-hosted portal with document libraries, electronic registers, audit tools, reporting and related features. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier. We may update the service from time to time; material changes will be communicated where practicable.

2. Free trial

• New accounts may start a 14-day free trial without a payment card.
• Trial access covers the ISO 9001 starter experience (core documents and registers) for a single user, as described on our pricing page.
• The trial does not include the full paid document library, ongoing evidence uploads, or other paid-tier features after the trial ends.
• You may subscribe to a paid plan (Growth or IMS) at any time. Paid-plan features are then governed by your subscription and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually through Stripe, depending on the billing option you choose at checkout. Setup fees and recurring prices are shown at checkout before payment. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellation and refund rules.

4. Your data & responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, user access within your organisation, and compliance with applicable laws. You retain ownership of your content. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Platform security, hosting and retention are summarised in our Security & data handling page. Customer evidence uploaded to the evidence vault is covered by our Evidence Vault Data Statement.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the platform, or use Veridian in a way that infringes third-party rights or applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

Veridian IMS software, templates, branding and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service and included document templates for your internal management system operations.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Veridian supports compliance workflows but does not guarantee certification outcomes. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Termination

You may cancel per the refund policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, export any data you need before access ends.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes should first be raised with hello@veridianims.com.
