Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid Veridian IMS subscriptions processed through Stripe. Demo trials are free and do not involve charges.

Subscriptions (monthly & annual)

Setup fees

The one-time portal customisation fee ($399 AUD, charged once per account at first subscription checkout) is generally non-refundable once your portal has been provisioned and document library access activated. This fee is not charged again when you change tier.

Promotional pricing

Time-limited promotions and discounts apply for the number of billing cycles configured in Stripe. Standard pricing resumes automatically when the promotion ends.

How to cancel

  1. Contact hello@veridianims.com with your account email, or
  2. Use the Stripe Customer Portal link when available from your billing page.

After cancellation, export any portal data you need before access ends.

Charge disputes & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before disputing with your bank so we can resolve it promptly.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry. Continued failure may suspend portal access until payment is updated.
